Barak Zukerman is the Operating Manager at Cideco Development.  Over the last eight years Barak had been involved in Development, Leasing, and Management of over fifteen retail centers.  Barak is a graduate of Georgia Tech and University of Tennessee where he earned his Masters of Architecture

Todd Bunke is a Retail Development Manager at Cideco Development.  Todd’s expertise includes seven years of experience as a retail investment specialist and senior sales agent within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. Prior to joining Cideco, Todd had underwritten, marketed and brokered the sale of numerous shopping centers and single tenant net leased investments in metro Atlanta and throughout the southeast in excess of $100,000,000.    Todd joined Cideco in January of 2009 and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Kinesiology.

Julie Sasser is the Office / Property Manager at Cideco Development.  Julie has worked for many years with Cideco as well as other architecture, construction and cevelopment companies in an administrative and management role.
