Cideco International was founded after WW2 by Mat Zukerman. The company has been in the development and construction business in the United States, Middle East and Africa.  In 1959 we branched out and opened several construction offices in Nigeria and Kenya - building mainly residential and commercial public projects, with emphasis on design and construction.

Cideco Inc. was formed in Knoxville Tennessee in June of 1975.  Haim M. Zukerman has been involved in housing and commercial projects in nine states. Focusing mainly on shopping centers, office buildings, condominium and home construction. 

Cideco Development Company, Inc. is managed and owned by Benjamin Barak Zukerman who joined the business in 2002 after graduating from Georgia Tech and the University of Tennessee School of Architecture with his Masters.  He is continuing a longstanding tradition of quality commercial developments throughout the South East.
